When you submit a challenge or apply to our expert network, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email, company, LinkedIn profile, qualifications, and challenge or expertise description). Optional file attachments you upload are stored privately. We also record basic technical metadata like the referring page and UTM parameters so we understand how people find us.
We process your information solely to review your submission and to contact you if relevant. We do not publish public profiles, sell your data, or share it with third parties for marketing.
Submissions and uploaded files are stored on secure infrastructure with access restricted to authorised DeepBridge team members. File attachments are kept in private storage buckets and are never exposed via public URLs.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted at any time by emailing victoria.latynina@gmail.com.
